General information about GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
Businesses need to survey where their personal data comes from, where and how the data is stored, and how the enterprise uses the data.
Personal data is data that can be linked to identifiable individuals. This may be names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, purchase-/sale history and such.
Individuals are entitled to decide upon this information.
The processing of personal data will, according to the Personal Data Act, state any use of personal data, such as collection, registration, assembly, storage and extradition or a combination of such methods of use.
Individuals shall be made aware of the risks, rules, guarantees and rights in connection with the processing of personal data, and in what way they can use their rights in mentioned treatment.
The EU´s privacy regulation does not apply to legal persons.
The main responsibility for successful implementation of the new regulations rests on the general manager. “Datainspektionen” is the supreme authority in Sweden to ensure compliance with the law, www.datainspektionen.se
This privacy statement shall explain where our personal data comes from, where and how the data is stored and how our company uses the personal data.
It shall also inform individuals of the rights they have regarding the storage, access and deletion of personal data.
About Rea Jet Nordic AB and how our company uses the personal data
Rea Jet Nordic AB operates with the sale of industrial brand equipment. We interact with other companies regarding both sale and purchase of goods, and entering into agreements. Our company stores personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, titles, purchase and sales history and ongoing email communication. This is done in a legitimate interest as we are in business with different companies and must interact with their employees. This in order to fulfil an agreement with the registered on behalf of the company or to fulfil a legal obligation, a legal basis for collecting personal information.
Furthermore, we also need to collect personal information in order to correspond with/attract new customers. Potential customers are registered with limited data such as company name, address and contact with contact information such as mobile number and e-mail address.
Rea Jet does not collect sensitive personal data from its customers/potential customers and suppliers employees.
The general manager of Rea Jet Nordic AB is responsible for the company´s proseccing of personal data.
We also havedata protection officer (DPO) who will continuously work with the personal information and ensure that they comply with the law´s requirements to be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are being treated.
Where our personal data comes from
In order to perform business with customers and suppliers, we are dependent on interacting with the customers and supplier´s employees. Here, personal data will be exchanged in the form of information through mail, from business cards, websites, integration with other systems and typically the person themselves.
All of this constitutes legitimate reason for interfering with personal data.
Where and how our personal data is stored and secured
Personal information we receive is stored in our cloud based SuperOffice CRM system. It is the employee who is in contact with the customer/supplier who continuously registers new necessary personal information. Only personal information relevant to the purpose shall be registered.
Personal information is also stored in continuous communication by e-mail and in our Dropbox.
In our accounting system, it is the legal customer (company) that is registered. Personal information in our accounting system is reserved for mail addresses for receipt of offers, order confirmation and invoices.
All our systems and devices are secured with password protection, and through established data security with our vendors of computer systems.
In those cases where we use data processing, in our case, it is an accounting firm,we have assured ourselves that the data processor performs appropriate technical and organizational measures that ensure that the processing meets the requirements of GDPR.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except to our German partner for the ordering of machines, spare parts and ink. Only contact name is provided.
The disclosure of personal data to third parties may also take place in individual cases if there is statutory disclosure obligation to public authorities.
Deletion of personal data

The purpose of the personal information is no longer there
Consent is withdrawn
Personal information has been processed illegally
The registered person objects to the treatment»
Employees who resigns with our legal customers and suppliers will be permanently deleted from our systems as long as there is no statutory information. Unnecessary personal information will also be deleted continuously.
Individuals maintain the right at any time to contact us in order to have their personal information deleted from our systems as long as there is no legally binding information.
You also have the right to access your personal data, section 18 of the Privacy Information Act, or in certain cases to limit the processing of personal data.
Should you find fault with your personal data in our system please contact us so that we can correct this, Section 27 of the Privacy Information Act.

Updates to the privacy statement
GDPR is now an integral part of our HSE and it will be revised once a year or when needed. This may lead to changes in our privacy statement. Updated Privacy Statement will be available on our web pages at any time. In case of major changes, you will receive information about this.
